  Overall I was very pleased with Mr. Handyman. Response to my inquiry was not immediate but when I was contacted, they had availability relatively soon. The other companies I contacted did not have availability or got back to me too late. Rob came to my house and repaired a door I had installed myself incorrectly. He was friendly and helpful, even explaining to me what I could do differently next time to keep from having the same problem. The 4 star rating instead of 5 is only because of the pricing. The price I was quoted was a total price for coming out to the house + 2 hours of service. My service didn't take the full 2 hours so even if I had a simple job, I would still be paying over $200. However, considering they had to make the trip out to Kent, I understand.
