  I was on a job and had a leaf blower go down. I needed it replaced quickly, and was happy I found a Stihl dealer nearby. I grabbed a higher end Stihl blower, took it to the front to get checked out. "You need a demonstration." I was told. "No mam, I do not. I need to get back to work." She says they have to demonstrate the tool. They struggle to find someone who can do the demonstration. He's currently busy. 5-10 minutes pass. I say, "You won't let me buy this without a demonstration?" I get a blank stare in return. I've gotta get back to work. I go to Home Depot and buy a piece of junk blower instead. At least I could get out the door with it.
